Caleb arrived on time as promised, quickly diagnosed the problem, verified our warranty coverage, quoted a fixed price for labor, left and returned with the replacement fan motor, had to take the fan unit back to the shop to complete the install, and then returned to finalize repairs and system checkout. Got the system back up and running at peak performance. Fair price and competent workmanship. Very satisfied with him and his company. Job well done! I'd certainly recommend to others.

My technician Craig Keith went above and beyond to help with a backed up main line. Summers also honored the daytime price for the service call (I called at 4:30 pm but the technician came after 5 from a previous job) and offered me a money saving coupon. I was very impressed with the level of service and professionalism and Craig saved the day. Highly recommend.

The scheduler advised technician was enroute and Caleb arrived well within the window of time. He was respectful of my home and provided a complete annual A/C inspection complete with photos. Caleb recommended an upgrade to the disconnect box due to some potentially unsafe wiring. Scheduled the upgrade the following week and requested Caleb. He explained the Summers Safety and Comfort Agreement and I purchased the annual membership. Very satisfied with the overall experience.
