We just had some work done, and Chad Brown did a great job. He was incredibly helpful and came out more than once for our water heater to make sure the job was completely correctly. We really appreciate the work he did. We would be happy to have him as a technician anytime.

Michael was timely and thorough. It’s easy to see that he has a vast knowledge of what he does. He helped us make an educated decision. Glenn was also very timely, thorough, and professional! He took his time to show us his progress and explain his next steps. He did a wonderful job.

Summers always comes through for me. Chad did a thorough AC PM, explained everything that was going on and did not pressure me about the repairs suggested. I am always impressed by Summers with the call ahead reminders, all the through service and clean up. I truly believe they have my best interest in mind as a homeowner. Darian Black and Tony "Plumber" came out to do an AC tuneup and a plumbing checkup on my house. They were both courteous and timely, which I appreciated. I felt they were thorough in their inspections and service and they accurately and efficiently explained what they worked on. I would recommend these two employees to anyone using Summers.

We had a very positive experience with Summers from start to finish. We had a new water heater, furnace, and AC installed along with having our ducts cleaned. I am pleased with all the work that was done and all the crew that completed the job. Craig Keith was involved with the whole process. He was very nice and did a great job. Chad Norton, Josh, Glenn, Connor, and Preston were also involved with various parts of the estimate and install. They were all great to work with and I would be happy to have any of them complete work in the future.
