Had my summer a/c check up and Darian came to make sure everything was working well. He was very friendly, respectful and answered all my questions. Was helpful, made a few suggestions but no pressure - which I really appreciate. Have had a great experience with Summers over the last few years! Definitely would recommend.

Summers has come out for 3 separate jobs and I can't say enough positive things. You guys are fast, professional and reliable. Specifically Chloe, Craig, Mike P, Joseph or Josef (he pronounced it Yosef, I didn't ask for spelling, sorry) and Tony are phenomenal employees. Efficient, experienced and personable. Stellar work needs to be recognized and commended, and these folks are each an asset to Summers as a company. Please reward them accordingly. Good people are getting hard to find and you have five that I can speak of. They each have explained in simple terms the problems and resolutions without trying to upsell other products or services. They are just good people, plan and simple. EDIT: 4/28 Glen and Connor came out to clean and sanitize the duct work and were incredibly informative about the process while being very personable. Efficient workers, experienced in their field. Both guys are a credit to your company.

Dylan was great!! He replaced b bathroom faucet and found a bad gasket that came with the new faucet. I called the company and he helped explain which gasket it was so a replacement could be sent. I'm very pleased to receive the excellent customer service that Summers provides. All of their technicians have been super. Thanks for your extra support Dylan.

Mike Pace was just here to check out my furnace. He was very thorough in his inspection and gave me some honest recommendations. I very recently lost my husband and have no knowledge of furnace or AC. Mike sat with me and explained his recommendations and what I should prioritize at this time and what I can hold off on. I appreciate him explaining everything so that I can understand what the situation is. Mike was patient with my questions and gave me all the time I needed to really understand it all. Chad did an awesome job for me. I had complete faith and trust in him from his first visit. He’s a very hard-working man, very honest and does an excellent job. He definitely is a good representation of a great employee for Summers Plumbing. When he was done, he did an excellent job of cleaning everything up explaining all of what he did and writing up a very good explanation for my insurance company. I couldn’t be happier, considering I wish I never had a plumbing leak in the first place.
