Sebastian provided excellent service today. He was prompt, courteous and professional. Explained what he was doing to do for the ac maintenance check and followed through with an explanation as he completed the task. He also answers all of my questions and provided useful and easy to understand examples. Tanisha was terrific! She was considerate of my time - explaining about how long it would take to do the maintenance/tuneup of the heating. She then walked me through the results and made suggestions regarding both a filter system and surge protector. Josh was great! A real professional. He was knowledgeable and patient as he answered all my questions and explained in detail how the water heater functions, etc.

Mike Pace was just here to check out my furnace. He was very thorough in his inspection and gave me some honest recommendations. I very recently lost my husband and have no knowledge of furnace or AC. Mike sat with me and explained his recommendations and what I should prioritize at this time and what I can hold off on. I appreciate him explaining everything so that I can understand what the situation is. Mike was patient with my questions and gave me all the time I needed to really understand it all. Chad did an awesome job for me. I had complete faith and trust in him from his first visit. He’s a very hard-working man, very honest and does an excellent job. He definitely is a good representation of a great employee for Summers Plumbing. When he was done, he did an excellent job of cleaning everything up explaining all of what he did and writing up a very good explanation for my insurance company. I couldn’t be happier, considering I wish I never had a plumbing leak in the first place.
