Edit to reflect that they did agree to come out and fix my issue for free. Basically, one of the techs doing the service took something apart and did not fix it. They tried to cover it with tape (the wrong kind) and I luckily noticed. However it wasted a lot of electricity blowing cooled air into my unfinished basement instead of the rest of my house. The frustrating part is that even after the tech admitted they were the one who made the mistake, they tried to charge me for the "visit" to come out and fix the problem they had caused. I had to pull a "Karen" and ask to speak to the manager to get the fee waived. This on top of missing work to stay for the fix, and increased electric bill from the issue are pretty annoying.

We highly recommend Caleb and Summers heating. It was our first time using Summers and it wont be the last. Caleb was a real genuine guy that knows what he’s doing. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and walked us through every step. We can’t say thank you enough.

Donald (Don) came out today to do a plumbing inspection & did a great job. He’s super nice & knowledgeable… he helped me better understand several things about our house that I never knew. I highly recommend him! I also had a positive experience with Caleb who came out a few months ago to do annual maintenance on our A/C unit. These are my only 2 experiences with Summers so far, and so far so good!
