Had a kitchen sink clogged drain with standing water in a mobile home in Greentown, IN. After googling for a plumber in the area and only getting ridiculously overpriced estimates, or even refusal to service a mobile home, I finally came across Summers. It's not that they were my last choice on purpose, I was just familiar with them in terms of heating and cooling so they kind of hadn't been on my radar. I called them around 10 in the morning and Kayla was beyond friendly and helpful. Seriously, she wins the customer service award. She made an appointment for me, and literally in like 2 hours she called back saying someone was on their way. Cody arrived within 20 minutes and took care of the clog in 30. Awesome guy, friendly, polite, professional. So to the owner, I can't stress enough how well they represented you. I 100 percent recommend Summers to everyone. Best service experience I've had in a very long time. Thanks guys!

Jeff Petersonwas our technician today for our routine furnace inspection. I talked to him about an issue we were having with a noisy fan. It looked fine, but he went further in his inspection and found an issue. Nice to have someone go to the extra effort! Very professional and extremely nice. Thank you Jeff for doing such a good job.

Austin was highly knowledgeable and courteous. Understood what we needed done and got to it. Not a pushy salesman, but explained all our options and was able to point us in a direction without expectations. Fantastic experience and I am looking forward to using their services in the future.

With an older home comes a lot of issues (in our case). We had a new ac/heat pump unit installed as well as a new “run” to our master bedroom. Summers was communicative, resolved plumbing issues that arose during the installations, and overall exceeded our customer service expectations - more specifically ADAM WALKER & CHRIS FOSTER!!! They were kind, humble, informative, and most of all understanding of our frustration. They loved on our dogs throughout their multiple visits, gave regular updates/explanations, and cleaned up after themselves. It’s difficult to trust some companies when it comes to costly investments or repairs, but these guys do it right and I’ll be calling them from now on!
