Trevor and his co-worker, both did an amazing job, total professional in all aspects. Complete replacement of the furnace and air conditioner. I actually didn’t expect that a two man crew would be able to do the job by themselves. I was pleasantly surprised. From the moment they arrived until they finished the job. Knowledge of the job and superb customer service! 5 Star in all aspects. I’m very very satisfied. Summers has always provided exceptional service, taking care of our home for 12 years.

Jordan arrived on time, was very friendly and professional. He answered all my concerns taking time to explain the work to be done and took extra time to point out possible future issues. He provided up to date pricing if I choose to do preventative measures now. The price was reasonable in today’s world. I really appreciate the extra time and effort he took to make clear each issue and what could happen if I decide to put it off.

Tanner came to do my inspection. Very knowledgeable and very polite young man. He helped me pick out the best unit for my home. He did an outstanding job. I will be a customer for years . The installers came out today T@T as I called them did an excellent job on the install my system is up and running and the house has already gotten cooler, praise Jesus! I would recommend Summers to anyone .

Technician Kristopher Polk was very friendly and helped explain exactly what was going on. He was able to get me a discounted price due to my membership with Summer's (check it out, mine is only like 10 bucks a month and so worth it). Even though the price is still steep, I know it's going to be a lot easier to make work since I am in that program. Thanks for the fast service call scheduled and repair scheduled for tomorrow. Ethan Sanders with Summers Plumbing came out today to do a water heater flush and plumbing inspection. My wife and I are very pleased with his work. He was very professional, patient and answered all of our questions. This goes for previous techs from Summers that we have had come out in the past.
