It was a great experience, Jake passed the test, and he really knew his stuff! Everyone should take advantage of their tune-up offer. There were no pushy sales, just the facts, which I already knew. I would highly recommend them, well I can only speak for Jake! No, I had to make a couple of different appointments because they were running late, but kept me informed and called to let me know each time and gave me options.

Cody was amazing, totally above and beyond expectations. Not only did he correct my services I called in but generously looked at my home, 125 years old historical home, and gave quotes on potential needs given the condition/age. He got me on the service plan for best value and even highlighted which jobs would take priority. As a single mom and new homeowner this information was invaluable and helps budget any upcoming expenses. Jake Smith did an excellent job cleaning our HVAC system. It didnt take that long, he was professional, made sure we knew safety protocols during his job, and the results show how well and good the service him and Summers provide. We also have a 2 month old in the house, didnt even care that he was there working haha 100% will always chose Summers over any competition here in Kokomo

Bryan Pyle was out early on a Sunday to look at our pressure tank for our well. We’re new to this type of water system and we didn’t really know what to do. Bryan was super quick to come out and incredibly kind the whole hour or so he was here. He was cool with me hanging out in the crawl space so I could ask him questions about what he was doing and why he was doing it. Bryan was informative and patient and got everything back to normal. Summers has been out several times to aid us since buying our house in late 2022, from fixing a frozen pipe to installing a new water heater, AC unit, and furnace, to pumping water out of our crawl space because our sump pumps failed, to now helping with our pressure tank. Thank you all for your excellent service, and thank you to Bryan for being so kind, patient, and informative when we were clearly stressed out. Five stars don’t seem like enough!
