Summers Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Video Center

Cody has been to our house for a couple of services. He’s always super knowledgeable, kind, and truly tries to help any way he can. He even lets our chocolate lab supervise :). We’ve had great luck with Summers and their technicians for the last several years. Cody is especially patient with me as I know nothing about heating, cooling or plumbing. Thankful he’s helping us!

I called Summers after a sewage issue occurred in a rental home. They dispatched and had someone here within an hour. Tommy came in and got straight to work. He had my issue diagnosed, fixed and a game plan on the next steps as far as maintenance, repairs, etc. Tommy was kind, fun and very knowledgeable. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

Christian Lowe and Jordan Funk are phenomenal employees. They helped us bundle an AC/Furnace and a new tankless water heater and softener for an incredible low price with a monthly payment plan that works for us when our equipment finally kicked the bucket. They were incredibly knowledgeable, quick and efficient and very friendly. Loved just standing and talking with them about things other than setting stuff up. I don’t know what they’re getting paid, but they definitely deserve a raise. Christian and Jordan, thank you so much for saving me and my family in a stressful time!

Thanks to Summers and their wonderful associate, Tanner, for doing the maintenance check on our HVAC system yesterday. Appointment was same day, he arrived on schedule, he was very professional and explained every step of the process. We appreciate his knowledge, great customer attention and professionalism.

I highly recommended Summers Heating and Cooling! This was my first experience with this company. My heat went out and they responded quickly! Jake was awesome and easy to understand. Jake has a great personality which made me feel at ease. The technicians were awesome too. Highly efficient and installed my new furnace quickly. They also have a nice program which includes maintenance for a small fee. I will not be going with any other company for my future needs. Thanks!!
