Jacob was great

Had this young man come to my home and was so very helpful. He answered all my questions, fixed my problem on my furnace this past winter, and is just a great guy. I'm a little late in writing this but I never get on my computer. He definitely left a lasting impression on one impressed old woman!

Great guy very professional

Had your tech named Jacob come out and fix my air conditioner recently and have to give it to him I wouldn't want to be out in the rain trying to figure out the issue but he never once complained an was able to get me fixed right up. This guy must really know what he's doing. Hopefully one day he'll be running the place or at least the hvac side of things.

Jacob B was very polite and professional when he came to my home and fixed my AC. I have my grandbabies over all the time and he made sure my problem was fixed so they wouldn't over heat. If the rest of your guys are half as good as he is then you guys are doing something right. That young man is who I will recommend to all my friends and family!

Great work...VERY satisfied!

I was very pleased with the quality of the work done January 16 and 17, 2019 by Josh. I had a number of complicated plumbing issues and he was able to diagnose problems and recommend solutions. For example, one of my many valves was open that should not have been so I was getting hard water in parts of the house where the plumbing was in place to give soft water. So he closed that valve and installed three new ones near the water softener that were no longer operable, although they looked OK. He also installed new faucets and a new sink and replaced several other valves upstairs with modern ones that will work for years and will not leak and will be easy for me to open and shut as needed. He installed new copper pipes in places and the resulting layout gives me more space and even looks great! I've had lots of plumbers in the 30 years I've lived here but Josh is the most helpful and easiest to talk to that I've ever had. He asked me at several points during the installations about my preferences in how pipes would be arranged and he was always willing to listen and suggest acceptable alternatives. He also installed a sink drain so that a shelf would still fit in the cabinet underneath. The company always called me to let me know when he was coming so I could move stuff out of his way before he arrived. He also seemed not to mind that I watched as he worked, which I like to do because occasionally I learn something about how the plumbing in the house works. Great job and I'm very satisfied. I'll certainly use Summers PHC in the future.

I would like to thank M.J. for his service fixing our heat pump issue. Listened patiently as I complained about my Lenox unit having 2 issues in the 2 yrs. 2 mos. since installation. No fault of his or Summers. Had the problem fixed in 2 quick trips, (waiting on part). Even resolved a humidifier issue 2 other techs and the installers had missed. Hopefully no more issues with this new Heat Pump. But if we do, We'll request you. Thanks, Mike
