Zach came immediately and well before the scheduled time for the service of my furnace! I needed service immediately and he explained everything he was doing each step of the way! I again was very pleased with Gabe Courterr's punctually, friendliness, concern, and persistence in trying to solve the problem with our whole house humidifier. This was his second visit with is and just as before he listen to our concerns, examined the humidifier, gave us an explanation of what he thought was happening, and gave us options to solve the problem. But more than that, he was able to give us an estimate of the repair cost as well as scheduled Nick ro do the repair the same day. My satisfaction with Gabe extends more than just his knowledge and ability. He is very personal, compassionate, and has a great relaxing rapport as he spent time with my wife and me. It is without any reservation that I would eagerly recommend Gabe to our friends and welcome him back in our house. Gabe is the best!!!!

Israel Foust was our plumbing inspection tech today, and he was very knowledgeable and very polite. I had a lot of questions that he answered that will help me in the future with my plumbing problems. Would definitely refer Summers to anyone who is looking to get things done properly.

Jake Pickering was the best. He was so thoughtful in explaining how a new furnace and air conditioner would benefit us. Even made diagrams to help us better understand how the system would work. Never had anyone take time to explain it like that. Awesome job Jake. Thank you so much. Can't wait to get our new system. Give him a raise 😊
