Dakota and Tom were great. They showed up, were friendly, and knowledgeable, were able to install my new system pretty quick, and didn't leave a mess for us to clean up. Thank you to Isreal for recommending my new set up, walking us through the finance and equipment options, and getting us scheduled and taken care of so quickly. Another fantastic visit from Summers. Tommy Carlson showed up on the early side of our appointment window. He was friendly, and did a great job of explaining what he was doing and why he was doing it He also gave me a few tips to help maintain my equipment between service calls. So far I have not had a single bad experience with the team at summers and look forward to using them for my future heating, cooling , and plumbing needs. Tommy was back yesterday to do the vent cleaning. Another fantastic job. He showed me the before and after pictures of my vents. It was like night and day. He took a little longer than he thought, but that's because he wanted to make sure he got everything. I was glad to know that he genuinely cared about getting the job done right. It's good to know that customer satisfaction is a priority with the Summers team. Thanks again Tommy.

I woke up with a little pond next to my AC unit and they worked with me and my schedule to get Zach to come out and fix the issue very quickly. He and Tom from plumbing were absolutely fantastic and answered all of my questions while explaining to me what was going to happen And what the issue was specifically. I appreciate them and the entire Summers crew for helping me in a very quick and easy manner.

Our AC was knocked out by a storm. We called Summers and they sent someone very quickly. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. He noticed a gas smell outside which led us to call the gas company. They came out and found an inside leak also. Summers was able to take care of that for us with the same friendly, courteous service. We were so pleased with their service and promptness that we had them clean some drains we hadn’t been able to clear. Everyone they have sent to do our work has been so pleasant to work with. We recommend them!

Gabe & Tommy did an excellent job & we’re very friendly and professional. We enjoyed their good attitudes & happy dispositions. 8/16 Nick was out to update our heat pump/air purifier systems & we again were so pleased with the professional & friendly service. I don’t recall ever having met such a nice group of company service providers as those @ Summers.
