Matt EDWARDS returned to our home this morning after doing an inspection of our central air conditioning system on Tuesday. He clearly explained three situations that needed some attention. He also shared the cost to address the problems. As the system is 22 years old, we felt it would be a better investment to buy a new unit. Matt again shared three options and the details of each. Matt was incredibly personable and professional. He did not try to talk us into the most expensive option; he simply shared the advantages. We were very pleased with Matt.

Another great job by Summers. Sebastian is an asset to your team. His was professional, courteous and efficient, explained his findings in the duct work in easy laymen's terms, so I knew how to proceed. Someone once said "if you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it" and Sebastian is certainly knowledgeable. I was also impressed by his student ride-along, Cory. It's nice that your company is involved in vo-tech shadowing programs.

Tyler did a great job for us on Monday. Friendly, and very professional. He seems to know his stuff. Answered all our questions, and gave good recommendations. All technicians we've had with Summer's have been top notch. Thank you again, Tyler!

Update! 3/20/2025. Just wanted to update the review. The previous one was not a bad one, just pointed out some things that went wrong. In fairness, I want to also update what they did to fix it. First off, out technician, Peyton Riddle, very professional, very thorough, explained everything to my wife. As he said they would, he came in today with the filter they ordered and installed it. Thank you! As I stated in my previous review, I still recommend Summers, they do stand by their name and service. Thanks again. Looking forward to the fall service. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The initial service was not so good. The technician came and didn't do what he was supposed to do to service my unit. The coils on the outside unit were not cleaned at all, as they are supposed to and verified by the second technician that came the next day. Then comes the Air filter. After charging me $63.00 for it when I got home and checked their work the filter is not the right size. It falls through the opening if not positioned just right, but it still has openings where unfiltered air with pet dander, hair or whatever other dust in the air, goes through the system. Now, costumer service is great. I called the next morning after the initial service was done and explained my dissatisfaction, and the lady that works there, immediately scheduled another technician to come and verify our concerns and fix them as needed. Now comes the second technician. Pretty good guy, did go over all that was being done to the unit with my wife. Did confirmed that the outside unit was not cleaned as supposed to and took care of it immediately. Thank you sir. He also checked the filter and advised that they do not carry the size filter we require for our unit and did order it and told my wife they will call us when it comes in. He did tell my wife, that he would send us a copy of the invoice through email, which we never got nor was it offered from the first technician. Now, when I opened the invoice and read the description of service, I noticed that he wrote "We installed a Honeywell filter and they prefer a different type. I explained there is no difference in quality or filtration, but if they prefer the other type, we would love to take care of it for them." As I mentioned before, he did say they would order the filter and come and install it when it comes in. That's not my issue. My issue is that I don't care about the brand as I am no an HVAC repair man or anything like that and I would probably will not know the difference between an Honeywell and a Fisher Price (If they made filters). the issue is that no matter the brand, if it is not the right size, it will not work as it should and it will just cause trouble for me in the future. So get whatever brand it is you guys work with or carry, just install the right size that the unit calls for. Again, costumer service ladies GREAT!!!, technicians, do what people pays good money for and don't change wording/reality. Filter size unit calls for is 16.7x26x4.7, as you can see on the picture, filter installed is between .5" to 1" off in all dimensions. So it is not that we don't want that type, we just want the right size. Thanks again. I still recommend them. Costumer service to thanks for that.

Tyler Smelser was here for a water heater flush and checked my bathroom faucet. Immediately took care of both, all the while explaining what he was doing, how to maintain the appliance, and suggested a perfect program that will ensure that my home will be maintained yearly. I live in a 110 year old home that hopefully will last another 100 with proper maintenance and Tyler left me with the confidence that it could. He was very neat, brought everything he needed and left no indication he had been here. Well done!
