I had a fantastic experience with Summers - Arturo Segovia and Dylan Sills! The technicians were incredibly personable and knowledgeable, providing top-notch customer service. They took the time to thoroughly explain every step of their assessment and troubleshooting, making sure I understood what was going on with my heating unit. What stood out the most was their diligence in calling my unit’s manufacturer to confirm whether I still had a warranty—ensuring I wouldn’t have to pay unnecessary fees if a repair was needed. Thankfully, no replacements were required, but their honesty and effort were greatly appreciated. Highly recommend!

Tyler Smelser was here for a water heater flush and checked my bathroom faucet. Immediately took care of both, all the while explaining what he was doing, how to maintain the appliance, and suggested a perfect program that will ensure that my home will be maintained yearly. I live in a 110 year old home that hopefully will last another 100 with proper maintenance and Tyler left me with the confidence that it could. He was very neat, brought everything he needed and left no indication he had been here. Well done!

They are always quick and respectful. They have put in a new furnace for us. Was a great experience. Now we are having them do our water heater and water softener. They also help finance so it is not such a burden all at once. Wesley was very knowledgeable and helpful in our process of picking what we wanted. Great experience all around.

Wesley the tech they sent was wonderful. He was quick and very helpful. He went out of his way to figure out what our issue was since it wasn't what I thought when I called. Price was reasonable. He explained everything and showed us how to troubleshoot and fix common issues. I highly recommend.
