Then turn right onto N 100 E, and continue onto Husky Trail. Next at the traffic circle, continue straight to stay on Husky Trail, and turn right onto Parker St. At this point turn left onto US-30 E, and continue straight to stay on US-30 E. After that turn left onto S 250 E. Finally, turn right onto Corridor Dr and Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling will be on your left.

Vanessa Matthews, whose son resides in the complex, describes the situation as unbearable. Her son’s apartment remains at a stifling 84 degrees, rendering fans useless. Matthews claims their pleas to property managers have gone unanswered for two years.
Hilda Savostins, a 10-year resident, echoes these frustrations, stating she’s experienced AC issues almost annually. After months of waiting, she finally resorted to contacting the health department, which helped resolve her problem.
Property managers attribute the issues to copper wire thefts but acknowledge the backlog of repairs. They assure residents that contractors have been hired to address the situation.
The Marion County Public Health Department classifies AC outages as an emergency during extreme heat, giving property managers a limited time to make repairs before facing legal action. Residents are urged to report such violations to the housing complaint line.
As temperatures soar, the plight of Cloverleaf residents highlights the urgent need for effective property management and timely repairs, ensuring tenants’ basic living conditions are met.
