I have been using SUMMERS for several years. Never once did they let me down. They ALL have been very professional and listen to the exact needs of their clients. Jordan came to my home when my heat pump was not functioning correctly and my monthly bill was out of sight. He quickly discovered the problem (a malfunctioning part). He immediately ordered the part while at my home and got it in much faster than I had anticipated. Today he and another employee replaced the part and made sure all was working efficiently. I was once again, more than pleased!

Maguire was out to help us with our furnace! He did a great job was super helpful with all our other questions about type or filter we should use, recommending (and installing) a few thermostat, and venting our furnace room, etc. He was super quick too! Summers is always great and we highly recommend them!

Jeff was great! This was an after hours, Saturday call for a furnace issue with pending sub zero temps on the way. So, we were experiencing a little anxiety. After reaching the after hours call service to request someone, Jeff called within 10-15 minutes. He asked questions to understand the issue and walked me through a few checks of the system to see if he could diagnose the issue while driving over. He arrived and was friendly, personable and reassuring that he would figure out our issue. After a few system checks, he zeroed in on the issue quickly explaining his thought process to me so I could feel comfortable with the direction he was headed. He had the part on his truck and we were back in business quickly. It is Techs like these why we will continue to use Summers! Thanks Jeff!

Gavin came in the freezing cold to stop a fridge water line leak that was spilling 2-3 gal of water every 5-7 min for almost three hours. He had to remove a faulty cutoff valve and replace it with a new one, twice. He also took time to assess why my dishwasher was caked with lime since I had a working water softener. He was very courteous and professional and made sure everything was working correctly before he left. Oh, yeah, he did this while being on call after hours and still had another job out of town to go to At 9:30 at night. Highly recommended.

I can't recommend them enough. I've used their services in two homes I've owned now. All of their technicians have been friendly, communicated thoroughly, and delivered reliable work. This time out, Adam A. quickly assessed and began solving a frozen pipe. And I've also taken advantage of their yearly heating/cooling/plumbing service checks, to ensure everything is in working order for each season.
