Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Tips For Greenfield!

Excellent experience as far as those go when you’re dealing with plumbing issues in your home. I called on a Sunday in need of help with clogged drains in my whole home. The response time was above expectations. Gavin was very polite and communicated well each step of the way what the next plan was. I really appreciated knowing what costs to expect up front and what the next steps are. He was also very considerate of my schedule when having to return to finish up the following day as the job became more complex. The coworker (Jacob?) who came the second day was also very polite and the two worked well together as a team. When the job was finished, everything was left clean and in working order! I really appreciate everyone I came in contact with at Summers, from the people who answered the phones to the technicians/plumbers who came to the house. Will recommend 💯!

Maguire did a fantastic job troubleshooting our furnace. He was very knowledgable and a great communicator. He walked me through what he was doing and made some recommendations for cleaning intervals moving forward. Unfortunately we had a bad part that needed to be replaced, but he quickly put it on order and filled me in on the details about the order and expected lead time. Retain and promote! Follow up on Maguire. He came out and fixed our furnace very quickly. While fixing it he noticed that our well pump was kicking off and on a lot. I wasn’t home so he worked with my wife and gave me a call to let me know. A few hours later another Summers employee (Dusty) came to look at the bladder tank, said it was going out and had a quote in my inbox within the hour. Over all, great service! Dusty made his way out with a new hire and together they replaced our well bladder tank and did and fantastic job. Very polite, professional, and clean. Great service overall. Dusty did a great job and was also very patient and helpful with teaching their new employee.

Gavin did a fantastic job! Very friendly, informative, and handled the chaos at my house so well!! Always will recommend Summers Also had Jeff out here last week and he did an incredible job fixing our furnace! So pleased with both of them.

Maguire was out to help us with our furnace! He did a great job was super helpful with all our other questions about type or filter we should use, recommending (and installing) a few thermostat, and venting our furnace room, etc. He was super quick too! Summers is always great and we highly recommend them!

Zach tapped into my existing gas lines for HVAC and Water Heater and ran a new line for the gas range. When we ran into issues with an aged valve, Zach went above and beyond to make sure the gas company was contacted, and a technician was deployed to assist. Even with the delay out of his control, Zach was able to get everything done and looking good before the homeowner had to leave. Thanks again Zach!
