I'm so pleased with Jordan,he is awesome and really a people person. He deserves more than a 5 star. He found the problem very quickly and had our air conditioning back in operation since we didn't have any air conditioning for about 3 days we really appreciate his experience and hard work. I would highly recommend him to any one.

Adam was awesome! Super friendly and helpful guy. Really appreciated his kind and thorough attention to our plumbing needs. Would love to have him back out if we ever need any other plumbing needs. Excellent experience as far as those go when you’re dealing with plumbing issues in your home. I called on a Sunday in need of help with clogged drains in my whole home. The response time was above expectations. Gavin was very polite and communicated well each step of the way what the next plan was. I really appreciated knowing what costs to expect up front and what the next steps are. He was also very considerate of my schedule when having to return to finish up the following day as the job became more complex. The coworker (Jacob?) who came the second day was also very polite and the two worked well together as a team. When the job was finished, everything was left clean and in working order! I really appreciate everyone I came in contact with at Summers, from the people who answered the phones to the technicians/plumbers who came to the house. Will recommend 💯!

I use their annual repeat service where they come out twice a year and check on your hvac and plumbing. It gives me such piece of mind knowing I'm staying ahead of any potential problems. I've never had any issues with their service professionals. They're usually very personable and prompt. Friendly service goes a long way and these guys have it.
