Silas was great! He called ahead as requested, was friendly with a great customer facing manner, and checked in with his senior tech to make sure he was covering all his bases before he left. He didn't mind me being nosey and asking questions to learn about how the unit works, and made sure I had his contact information to follow up with if I have any further issues or questions. Overall I was very happy with his visit today! 🙂

Justin did a great job taking pictures and video to show and explain the problems he saw in my heater. I always appreciate the care Summers shows when their technicians come to our home. They are always courteous and respectful. I highly recommend the Safety & Comfort Agreement - a great bargain with 3 inspections each year!

Cole came out to do a free second opinion for me and was able to say my furnace did not need replacing as other service company had told me! He’s my new service guy and I’ll be changing service companies for his level of service. I also would have been very pleased with Cole if he confirmed what the other company had said about my 8 yo furnace being replaced. He had great customer service.
