Our AC went down over a hot weekend and Summer's was out that Saturday night to take a look. Since our unit was frozen and couldn't be worked on, we had to wait until it thawed out. When a technician came out, he was thorough and communicated with me throughout. We talked about solutions and I appreciated the dialogue, in addition to answering to my questions. Our AC is working again, we were not charged for the initial visit, and now we're signed up with their maintenance plan. I'm very pleased with the service of Summer's during our first experience with this company!

Megan helped me get my air working again the very next day after it quit working. She was friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient at getting the job done. She also loved my dog which always earns brownie points. 😉 I really appreciate the quick turn around service with it being so hot this week.

Jordan was polite friendly, and professional the whole time. Checked and clean our water heater. Figured out what the issue was and corrected it in a timely manner. He gave me multiple quotes on new installations on tankless and tanked water heaters when I asked him about the different options. He also saw that I had a coupon to save $100 on the services rendered that I didn't see, and he brought it to my attention and took $100 off of my bill. Jordan showed great integrity by doing so and saved my family and I that money. He is honest! I highly recommend Jordan to anyone needing repairs. Thank you. Matt Roberts
