I’ve used Summers repeatedly in the past for plumbing issues, and I’ve never been dissatisfied with the quality of their service, the price, and the courtesy and professionalism shown by their technicians. So when I my air-conditioning system went kaput, I didn’t hesitate to give them a call. I was forewarned that being a weekend service call the system diagnostics alone were going to cost much higher than than normal. Nonetheless, their technician, Silas Woods, arrived on site far sooner than expected, conducted a thorough inspection of the unit, and despite pointing out it’s shortcomings (largely age, wear and tear) he restored it’s cooling function temporarily as best he could. He also courteously, clearly and professionally made me aware of my options going forward.

From the moment I called to schedule an appointment, their customer service was exceptional. They were friendly, professional, and accommodating to my schedule. They arrived on time and was very courteous. They took the time to explain the issue and the steps he would take to fix it. The lady employee was very polite and told me step by step on what she was going to do and showed me pictures of problem and an extra spray leak which we were not aware of. She was very quick and easy to relate with. She took the coupon but subtracted the $5.00 off with the can donation I asked her to take (showed on coupon). I was very pleased. Thanks
