Megan did an awesome job. She gladly answered any questions we had. Such a personable person! We have always been leery of heating and air companies because of the upsell. Megan just told us what was what and there was no pressure for anything! Great job! On our AC, we had Jacob do the work. He immediately found the problem, gave a walk out the door price on the fix, and had it fixed in a hour. What a fantastic job!

I reached out to Summers regarding an after hours emergency - there was a backup in garage drain and it wasn't pretty. Jacob came out quickly, identified the issue, and communicated intelligently about how to proceed. He moved quickly and was very professional. Definitely recommend.
