Glen was awesome! He was extremely friendly, explained everything clearly to me, and did everything he could to fix a problem with our sink. When he realized we’d need more extensive work done, he spent the time to investigate it and got a quote ready for me before he left. I was expecting to pay more for the work he did today, but since he couldn’t fix it this time, he only charged me the diagnostic fee. The quote they gave me for the larger job seems very reasonable, too. I’d highly recommend Summers!

Gabe, a technician with Summers HVAC, serviced my Daikin heat pump. Gabe was professional and competent as well as friendly. He did not do unnecessary work, but he did address heat pump maintenance needs. I would not hesitate to request Gabe address any service needs my heat pump might develop in the future. Good job Summers. You are two for two with me.

James , tech representative, was very personable and knowledgeable. He listened to my requests and tailored my estimate to reflect the requests. The installation of new air conditioner and furnace will occur tomorrow. Talk about fast response in a time when the area is heading into a huge heat wave. I am very grateful for James and Malanda who handled my calls and scheduling. Installation- Eric and Eric are also very personable and professional. The job was completed quickly and is very good looking job. Both the furnace and the air conditioner are sturdy and quality looking products. Eric and Eric both explained certain aspects of the installation and maintenance. All of my questions were answered. I should mention that I delayed Summers for a day because the electricity in my neighborhood was out. They made sure to fit me in the next day so that I would not face the heat wave without a working Air Conditioner. I appreciate their caring - and am grateful. Anyone needing plumbing or heating services would be doing themselves a favor by calling Summer. Josh analysis of my air conditioning system was extremely thorough. He was able to pinpoint the problems and made recommendations for improvements I could make that would support the heating and cooling system. Josh was very kind and personable as well.

Our water heater went out and with 4 kids there was a sense of urgency. Kyle came out, looked at the problem, and gave us a quote. We agreed and it got replaced same day! It was quick, quality work and we are thankful to have hot water again! Thanks so much!
