Drew was amazing! Very courteous and polite. He got the drain unclogged in a timely manner. He also made friends with my cat Finley. They had a good time hanging out while Drew worked. Drew offered to take Finley home after he tried to get in his van 😅 20/10 would recommend Drew for any plumbing needs.

Service guy was very professional and polite. He took the time to explain some things that were relating to a previous job, unrelated to the priority service call. Having said that, considering the money that I have spent with summers in the past two years, I felt that 149.99 to relate a stuck sump pump today was a little inflated. I mean, I get that your time is valuable but for what I received, I thought it to be a bit pricey. Again, the service guy was GREAT!

Ryan Turner, who has 20 years of experience with Summers, was punctual and smart. Summers employees go above and beyond what's needed to get the job done. They follow all applicable Codes. They make sure the job is set up perfectly for the next technician. I really appreciated that. Great customer service is hard to find. Even the staff that calls to schedle the technician(s) are kind and helpful. Devin did a great job answering questions when it came to reviewing the estimate(s). We're so glad we signed that Maintenance Contract for the year. It's really saved us alot of money by giving us a discount on work. We use them for all of our plumbing needs, and will always have them on speed dial.

Before and after. Two toilets connected with tee laying on side, second floor toilet would not flush properly. New set up is done correctly with added venting for second floor toilet. Fourth floor toilet has its own vent. Nice job guys.

Tyler was at my home 60 minutes after my emergency call to the office!!!!! He assessed the situation found the burst pipe and had the problem fixed super fast!!!! He was awesome to work with and so informative letting me know exactly what was going on. He is a true asset to Summers. Thanks for an unbelievable job well down!!!
