Our tech for our dryer cleaning was super amazing! He was patient when my 4 year old wanted to watch and ask questions. He did an amazing job and answered my questions and even showed us pictures of how nasty our dry vent truly was. Overall great experience.

The technician was very good - We had one area of concern about whether our "zones" were properly working and he checked these out for us. He found one issue and was able to resolve the problem (capacitor). This service was part of our annual contract for HVAC service and Summers has been very good at making appointments, calling in advance of arrival, and doing good work and keeping us informed.

I wanted to take a moment to share my absolute delight with the outstanding service I received from Jim Foreman during his maintenance work on my water heater. From the very beginning to the end of the service, Jim's professionalism and attention to detail truly impressed me. He took the time to listen to my concerns and patiently addressed all of my questions, leaving me feeling well-informed and assured about the work being done. It was evident that Jim genuinely cared about providing top-notch service, and I couldn't be happier with the results.

We hesitantly reached out to Dusty at Summers to figure out what septic system our house had and to figure out what to do with it. We were having back-ups, a drain fly problem, and no one knew what our house had. After trying to track a beacon and some digging, it was determined we had the worst type of sewage pipe available and it was collapsed. We faced a choice and knowing the situation, opted to have a fully installed new septic system. In the dig out it was found we had a very small and full dry tank that led to a local creek, so we made the best choice. Dusty coordinated everything for us, worked with the county, and created a custom system that will support our property for many decades to come. It came with a hefty price tag, but our system is safe, working, eliminated our drain fly problem, and Dusty even arranged to hook the hot water up to my washing machine and replaced some visible piping in a way that less obtrusive in our laundry space. All the guys who worked on our property were nice, polite, worked very hard, worked long hours, and when the work was completed picked up their debris and trash. They landscaped as best as they could given the work done. We are very grateful for their efforts and I am relieved our trust was not misplaced.
