Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling Trustworthy and Respectful! So impressed with this company! After a thorough tune-up, they diagnosed a serious problem with cracks in our heat-exchanger. This was allowing low levels of Carbon monoxide to enter our home. They immediately went to work, actually going under the house and up in the smallest attic access to assess the situation, using cameras to show what they had found. Last year, a very popular Brownsburg HVAC company had been out and found the low levels of Carbon Monoxide, however, they never got back to us about fixing the problem. They recommended getting Carbon Monoxide detectors and said they would get back to us. They never went under the house or in the attic.The way we were treated by Summers, finally felt like someone cared. These guys did not push anything on us, and were careful to explain all of our options. We did replace the furnace and now have a high efficiency, quiet, money-saving unit that is safe.
