Jake, my sales rep, was easy to talk to and extremely knowledgeable. He helped us make the best decision for our situation with transparency. My install team, Bradley and Vonnie, did a quick and thorough job replacing my furnace and AC. The team was friendly and courteous. They made sure to give me updates on what was happening, and share any info I’d need.

Cameron did my plumbing inspection as part of my Summers membership. He was very personable and thorough. He was so quiet during the inspection and hot water heater flush, my sleeping son (who works the night shift) didn’t hear him at all. I was very impressed by Cameron’s visit.

Jackson was very professional and knew exactly what he was doing when fixing our AC unit. He took the time to explain everything to me so I understood what I needed to do as far as up keep to insure our AC worked properly. Had cold air before he even left!
