The warranties alone, on things purchased through Summers, make it worth it My husband and I just had them clean our ducts and replace our AC unit & furnace. The people who came out to assess things and the service techs were all professional, polite, and super helpful in explaining things in terms I understand. I’m useless when it comes to HVAC so that was appreciated. They laid out all of the options and different price points. I didn’t feel pressured to make any purchases or upgrade anything. They cleaned up after themselves really well too I can’t tell they were here. Will use them again! Actually next week, for plumbing.

I had a very small crack in my basement sewer cap. Turned out I had a leak in the main gas line. Dan was the man. He showed (and explained) the leak and presented 2 options to repair. He brought in extra help and missed a good portion of their annual donation day. Great communication, skilled and experienced. I highly recommend the company, specifically, Dan, Andrew, and Jared

I would recommend Summers plumbing heating and cooling. They were very professional from the first call to schedule, they called as a reminder a couple days before appointment and called again saying they were on their way. I like the personal contact vs texting. Matt was very professional and explained to me what was needed to keep my current air conditioner up and running as well as prices for a new unit. We went over the cost with having a monthly payment plan, the yearly maintenance plan versus cost with and without having the plan discounts. Thank you for the professionalism.

Kyle came to do my furnace tune-up, then the following week to clean my blower wheel. He was very informative, friendly, efficient and professional. I built my home 3 years ago and decided it was time to build a relationship with a heating and air company (plumbing too). Kyle introduced me to Summer’s membership and I jumped on board. I see Kyle as the face of Summer’s and I’m very pleased with what I see so far. Thanks so much for your excellent service! Also Beau and Kennedy came to clean out my vents. Beau asked if I’d be interested in a dryer vent cleaning. So I went ahead and did that too. Beau and Kennedy were very professional, friendly, efficient and informative as well. Summers is amazing! With the recent flooding we had, our sump pump failed. They had someone out in 20 mins. They called their team to help speed up the process and we had the new sump pump installed within 15 minutes and it began working immediately. With the quick response, we had no damage to personal items and our brand new carpet was salvageable! We had Jarred as our plumber the last two times we have had to call summers and he is great. Very personable and knowledgeable. Always willing to steer you in the right direction. Thanks Jarred!!
