Kyle was extremely polite and helpful throughout the entire process. I greatly appreciated that he took the time he took to clearly explain the issue and what steps he would be taking as he worked. In addition, I greatly appreciated his honesty throughout the process. Kyle was also very timely and knowledgeable, and I’m grateful to have my AC working again!

Kyle has been outstanding for servicing our brand new Amana. He first came out on a Sunday night, a few days after install, and then again the very next Monday trying to resolve our issue of the unit not cooling to our preferred setting of 70 (stays 73-75) :/ Still working with Summers to get my issue resolved on my new $14k unit, hoping Kyle is assigned my ticket. Thank you Kyle! Kyle was just out again making every effort to get our system right. CANNOT RECOMMEND HIM ENOUGH!!

Kyle showed that he knew what he was doing. Very friendly, swell as his crew. Out with the old AC, in with the new. During a heatwave, it's very important to be on time as promised. Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling kept to their promised of getting us back to normal. Today Leo was the technician that helped us. Very friendly, knowledgeable about his job.

Rick was very personable and knowledgeable about the whole process. We felt very comfortable with him. Bradley was great at walking us through our new system, thanks Bradley. We are having a few issues with our new unit and Kyle has come up with a few solutions that may work.. Thanks Kyle.
