Summers Plumbing Heating & Cooling I received great service from Shane, the field supervisor at your Summers Franklin Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling location I originally called for a furnace tune up on my 30 yr old furnace. I received great service from Shane, the field supervisor at your Summers Franklin Plumbing, Heating, and Cooling location. We ended up purchasing a new furnace and water heater from the Summers in Franklin this past weekend. The guys who came to the house were courteous, professional and answered all of my questions. They even put up with my dog who brought them every toy he could find in the house and drop it at their feet. :) Unfortunately, nothing is ever easy when it comes to my home and they need to come out again to do some follow up work on the thermostat connection. I know it was frustrating trying to figure out the issue, but through it all they had a great attitude and were very accommodating. He done a through check on our water heater and the rest of our plumbing. He also advised some recommendations on some of the plumbing, we have two outside faucets that are leaking and advised they need to be replaced at some point and time. Due to the hardest in our water he recommended we purchase unit called Easy Water to help eliminate this problem. The rep. was very courteous and gave us some advise at the same time.
