Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Tips For Franklin!

Alex was awesome! He went through and thoroughly inspected the entire home. I was given details on any potential issues and also given quotes for possible repairs and upgrades! Definitely recommend!!!!! Allen was also out for the HVAC system and he was awesome as well! Again he thoroughly went through the entire system. I was given details on potential issues and given quotes for services I would need as well some suggestions for upgrades as well! I would definitely recommend him as well! Summers has done a great job helping us in the past and I will continue to use them going forward!!

We had techs Coty and Jacob assist with our plumbing needs. We were given thorough estimates. We decided to have all of our drain pipes, water lines and the water heater replaced. Even though it was a long few days of work they greeted us each morning and end of the day with a smile! They were hard workers and did a fantastic job! Before we had Summers come out we had 2 plumbers from different companies NOT fix our drain issue. We are relieved the job is now done correctly! The owners Denny & Megan Biggerstaff were also great people to work with! From what we can tell—they have a great staff working with them! We will always recommend Summers of Franklin to our family and friends! Thank you Summers!

We had several issues that needed to be addressed. Not only was employee Alex Huff able to assist in resolving our issues, the results were better than we hoped for, in a timely manner. Nice to have technicians that come in our house, not leave a mess and can communicate with you.

Denny was a big help in answering questions pertaining to my project. Honest guys that will work with you, not against.

Coty Thomas was exceptional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He was not afraid to crawl under the house or take his time to find the issue, which he did do. He also helped us get into contact with other contractors to help further fix our electrical issue we were having. Took his time in explaining what was happening and how to fix it and what options we had. Would recommend him highly and any future problems we will definitely ask for Coty especially due to his experience and knowledge.
