I would like to start off with saying "Wow". My experience with Summers started a little rocky and quickly turned around. I received a call on Tuesday that Chris received my feedback about my experience and would like to make it right. And that's just what they did. Andrew Hay came out and spent a long time fixing up my furnace last night. By the time that Andrew left, my house was nice and toasty and I felt confident that I wouldn't need him to return. Jake was wonderful. He came out to my phone on a Friday to look at my hot water tank. Unfortunately, the tank needed to be replaced (along with some gas lines and water pipes). I was given a quote and told he would be back out Monday. Jake explained everything that needed done and why, he was very professional and courteous. He even showed me the old water heater when he removed it. I would highly recommend Summers and will definitely be call them for any of our heating/cooling or plumbing needs in the future.

Very professional and polite

We just wanted to let you know that we had our air conditioner go out in the hottest part of the summer. We are under contract with Summers and Kane Ringer went out of his way to come out on a Sunday evening to help. He determined that we had to have a new unit. He explained all of our options and we made the decision to replace it. He set everything up for us so we didn't have to do anything. Monday morning you sent 2 young men to do the work. They were very professional and polite. They answered any questions we had and explained everything in detail. We could not be happier with the service. Thank you so much!

Knowledgable, honest, courteous and a fair price!

Just had Brenton and RJ in our home for our service agreement check-up. Aways a scary time for me as some combines will "service agreement" you to death "finding" problems where none existed before. Not the case with Summers! Brenton and RJ were thorough and shared in easy to understand terms what they found and what the suggestions for upkeep were. This was a conversation and not a "telling". Very happy with this service and look forward to developing a relationship with this company.
