With an older home comes a lot of issues (in our case). We had a new ac/heat pump unit installed as well as a new “run” to our master bedroom. Summers was communicative, resolved plumbing issues that arose during the installations, and overall exceeded our customer service expectations - more specifically ADAM WALKER & CHRIS FOSTER!!! They were kind, humble, informative, and most of all understanding of our frustration. They loved on our dogs throughout their multiple visits, gave regular updates/explanations, and cleaned up after themselves. It’s difficult to trust some companies when it comes to costly investments or repairs, but these guys do it right and I’ll be calling them from now on! My furnace stop working November 23rd. The 24th we had summers come out to find out what was wrong. They told me it was my smart gas valve needs to be replaced, would have to pay $1,700 to replace it by summers. Well I don't have that sort of money. Anyways I found the valve online for $372 online replace it myself and it didn't fix the issue. Come to find out wasn't my gas valve at all. What happened on my 20yr old furnace. Was that the black radiator looking box that's attached to the blower. Was crack and leak on my circuit board in the furnace.so I paid $160 for the parts and replaced it myself. So I don't know if Summer's knew it was that and tried to upcharge the repairs. Or they really didn't care about fixing my furnace and they just wanted to charge $156 to come out for 10 min and look at it and just tell me what they thought it was.Who knows but I was not pleased with this service. This time around.. (I had them come out a yr ago for my water heater and they were great didn't try to over charge us on anything. I give that 5 stars).. but the technician that came out for my furnace only 2 stars. This stuff make it hard not to trust people in this kind of service business.

We had our A/C tuned up last week by Jeff P at Summers He did a wonderful job. He was so polite and friendly. He did a great job ensuring that we are ready to go when the warm weather arrives. Jeff did an amazing job during a previous service as well. We have relied on Summers for years and will continue to rely on them to service our furnace and A/C unit.

Summers has been so great to work with. They've been honest, reliable, and on top of everything. Will definitely continue to call them as needed Kris came today 2/23/2024 to repair our ac unit and he went above and beyond. Answered all my questions and was thorough in his work. Made me feel a lot better about purchasing my own home! Editing to add- Josh Clark was who came at first to checkout/clean our furnace- he went over EVERYTHING showing all the issues and helped us find a new reliable furnace to replace. He spent hours on the phone and finally got us what we wanted/needed. He is a very determined and kind man! I believe a gentleman named Cody?? And someone else came to install the furnace and they both did great too (I feel awful I can't remember their names). Cannot recommend summers enough
