Love the service package, everyone I speak with on the phone and that comes to the house is top tier, offering to teach me if I ask for questions and makes it super easy to get help if I'm busy. Special shout out to Mitchell who did a tune up on my A/C this morning. He walked me through everything he did before and after and gave helpful suggestions on minor adjustments to help me extend the life of my VERY old AC to try to get a few more years out of it.

Mike M. was spectacular today! He was very thorough with his inspection of why our unit wasn’t producing enough heat. His recommendations and customer service was EXCELLENT! Our toddler was intrigued watching Mike do the job!

Perry, our young , but mature, technician did a great job in troubleshooting and resolving the problem I had with a fairly new furnace! He was diligent in his troubleshooting, and tried several things many times to make sure he achieve the proper diagnosis. He volunteered to come late one evening to help you out, although it took a few days to order the part since the outage took place on the weekend. He did a great job of keeping me informed and touching base with me throughout the time I was down over the weekend. He ordered the part promptly on Monday and made sure that he followed up. to ensure it was delivered on Tuesday, He came out and installed the part and had me up and working in short order! Although I haven’t shopped other companies know, Summers may not be the cheapest in the business, but they certainly have people who know their job and follow through… And that’s what we all would expect from a truly professional organization. Quick same-day service. Brad Kirby was my technician and he obviously knew the problem from experience and had it fixed quickly. It was an easy fix that just required resetting a button underneath the disposal. $99 service call and I could not have resolved the problem myself. It was definitely worth it and I will be able to fix it myself in the future.

Jonah diagnosed the specific water heater issue within 2-3 mins of being in our home. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and quick. We ended up signing up for the maintenance plan due to his services. We will definitely be calling him anytime we have an issue!
