I can't say enough good things about my experience with Summers! Gavin and Keenan arrived right on time, if not a little early, to install my new HVAC system. From the moment they stepped into my home, they maintained a meticulous work environment both inside and outside, ensuring that everything was clean and organized. They took the time to explain how to operate my brand-new Ecobee thermostat and even reinstalled my IWave whole-home air purifier, making sure I was comfortable with each step. These gentlemen are truly professionals, having undergone extensive training in their field. They successfully removed my outdated 25-year-old system and replaced it with the new equipment in just a few hours, showcasing their efficiency and expertise. Supervisor Vaughn was also on hand to assist with a few minor issues that arose, and I appreciated the teamwork and problem-solving skills displayed by everyone involved. Overall, Summers exceeded my expectations and delivered an outstanding job. I couldn't be happier with my new HVAC system or the service I received! They even went above and beyond helping me move my washer and dryer back into place.

Adam was super polite. He told him everything he had done on the tune up of the furnace. While the furnace is older he told me a few minor things to be aware of but nothing that requires immediate action. I appreciate that kind of honesty and not someone immediately trying to sell me a whole new unit. Great customer service.

Tyler Hough's visit was a regularly scheduled furnace check-up. He came before and we were happy to see him again. He came early, though willing to wait. Did an amazing amount of checks, and explained them well. Cleaned the flame sensor. Reinstalled everything, better and cleaner than when he arrived.

Wes did an excellent job. He was very professional and extremely personable. He was very detailed and was able to fix my AC very timely. Through out the time that he was at my home he kept me informed and explained in terms that I understood what he found to be the issue and what the fix was. You could tell that he took pride in and stood behind his work. He was as happy as I was that the issue was assessed and corrected. He was absolutely the best! Thank you Wes and thank you Summer for sending such a pro to my home. His service was the best!!!

I highly recommend Summers Plumbing Heating and Cooling!! Their customer service and Nathan were awesome! Our air wasn't working and Nathan came out early the next day! He checked everything out. He identified the problem, explained everything to me and got my okay to move forward. Once he fixed it, he made sure everything was working before he left. He told about a service they have where they come out three times a year to check plumbing, heating and air. Very reasonable price. Highly recommend it! Thanks Summers!
