I recently received a diagnostic quote with a provider for my home warranty. I was skeptical on the repair and replacement cost of the unit so I called Summers for a second opinion. Technician, Jeremy, came out to provide me with the quote I requested however he went a step further and wanted to test the unit to ensure what I had been told was correct before selling me something I did not need. I am very thankful because it turns out the repair that was originally quoted was not accurate. Jeremy was very polite and helpful. He took the time to explain to me what was happening and what we needed to repair the unit. His knowledge and professionalism just saved me thousands. He has forever gained a loyal customer! Had them clean out a drain inside the house. Did a nice job. Seth was personable and explained what he was going to do. Got right to work and completed the job quickly and successfully. Would recommend and use again. Had Frank Brown service my AC. He did a great job. He checked everything and even washed the outside of the unit. He took his time and was very thorough and personable. Highly recommended.
