Nathan was awesome. Very professional and explained everything, no surprises! He was meticulous and cleaned up everything. Very down to earth and easy to talk to and never annoyed with all my questions. So helpful, I signed up to have yearly inspections with their discount rate! Had to call on Mothers Day with a washing machine line break that wound up with us having to shut all water off. Nathan came out within the hour and was absolutely wonderful. He was polite, explained everything and tried to fix it in the most cost effective way possible. We have used summer’s before today, but never an emergency service. They really went above and beyond to make sure we could get our water back up and running this evening.

Kyle is great! He is very knowledgeable and personable. He is very trustworthy and honest. I never feel like he is feeding us a line or trying to rip us off. He also services 2 other family members homes and they think the same thing. Summers is lucky to have such an outstanding individual on their team!

John is always polite and very nice. He always does a good job. I'm glad he's been the one coming to my appointments. It helps because we know Who is coming and he's familiar with us and our A/C and furnace. Keep up the good job John!

John was wonderful. He diagnosed the problem with my AC. And came up with a plan of action to eliminate the issue that we were having. I found him very knowledgeable and explained everything that should be done.
