Cody, Stephen and Josh did a great job running a new water line to my house. So after a month I have to take 2 stars away. We realized how much dirt didn't get put back in the trench, which means we have to move it by hand vs a backhoe.

Josh Bowman performed a regular furnace check today, and was friendly, on time, and informative. He discussed some of the promotions that are available, and made sure all of our questions were answered before leaving. As always, he was very professional, well-trained, and customer-friendly. If you get Alex and blaze your install will go great. The time they showed up to the time they left they were hard at work. I was surprised how fast they got it done. Best service I’ve ever had! Very happy with my new furnace and AC unit.

How can you make me smile today? You just did! Your advertising in our weekly paper paid off. You told me we were not too far to be an account that you can service. You told me you would send someone to quote my project. Aaron Brown showed up the next day as promised. We needed your help and you were there for us. Aaron didn't complain about the disaster of a workspace that he and his crew would have to work in. He scheduled our project for the next day, and his crew (Peyton and Hadyn) showed up. It was a big project that took two days to complete. We were able to finance the whole project with zero interest. You installed a new well pump, softener, water heater, sump pump, and water lines. Plus, you upgraded our bathroom plumbing, and kitchen sink. We sleep better now that we don't hear the water pump screaming all night and the sump pump running every fifteen minutes from the water that was spraying all over our concrete walls. Our electric bill has decreased by $40 per month. I can't thank you enough for making me smile.

The one thing that you never want to happen during the summer is to have your air conditioning go out. So... our air conditioning went out. We did what we could to try to keep things relatively bearable, and called for the experts. The Summers inspector arrived Monday morning, and set out to find the problems, and they were legion. I was really sweating bullets both figuratively, and almost literally, as I was worried about what this was going to cost. Matt filled me in on the issues and then walked me through a number of possible solutions, so that we could find one within our budget - without needing to shell out an arm and a leg in a year or two. We agreed on a solution, a new (budget-ish) A/C and handler, and he let me know that the install team would be out the next day. No idea when, but they'd make it out there. The install team showed up first thing at 9am and got to work. They were professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They set to with gusto and they had their work cut out for them. Nary a complaint about them needing three people to transport the AC unit down a hill, around the back of the house, and back up another hill to get it into place, they just knocked the hard stuff out before lunch. By the time they left, my house was already beginning to grow cool once more and, last night, I actually had to turn the thermostat UP because my wife got cold. We had seen the Summers vans around town often enough that I was aware of the company but now? Now I know that those vans represent a fantastic team of people backed by a company that I can trust.
