Dan was thorough in his plumbing inspection, drained and cleaned our hot water tank, asked about our well, and gave a quote on a new water softener among other things. He didn't go into the crawl space, which I discouraged anyway, since there didn't seem to be any need. I appreciated his help!

Kevin came by the house today and was very knowledgeable. He explained how the drain line to my sink and dishwasher was not piped properly causing food and debris to build up in my drainline. Kevin repaired it correctly and checked to make sure everything was working properly before he left . What a great job Kevin 5 stars all the way!!!!

Kevin did an annual inspection for me. Very courteous and responsive to questions. Follow up: Scheduled an installation for water softener and an additional spin down filter. They had to move my current whole house filter. Came out great! Now i have some of the cleanest water in town!

Ryan did an awesome job of diagnosing the issue with my AC quickly, and he fixed it almost as quickly. I was pleased with the scheduling of the appointment too. I used their online scheduler at 7am, and I think I got a call a half hour later, when i expected it might not happen until at least 8am. They said they didn't know if they would be able to get to me in the morning or afternoon, but I received a call from Ryan not too long afterwards. He was done by 9am, and I didn't have to take too much time from work to stick around before he was done. In a week when the heat index is well over 100 degrees, I was happy to have them fix things so seamlessly for us. I signed up for their maintenance program because it is something we always forget to do with our major utility devices.

We had a busted pipe in the wall. Finding a plumber on a Friday afternoon seemed like an impossible task until I called Summers. They came out quickly, assessed the damage and fixed it quickly. Kevin did an outstanding job.
