I called about a problem overnight (not needing emergency visit) and left a message. They followed up with me 7am the next morning and were able to get us on the service call list right away. Jimmy Buckner was our service technician and he was prompt, efficient, knowledgeable, and kind. Prices very reasonable and service/maintenance plan is totally worth it! Awesome customer service all around!

Michael did a great job checking our furnace. He was thorough and professional. He also discovered a plumbing problem that needs immediate attention and was able to schedule an appointment for that repair during his visit which was also appreciated.

I am very satisfied with the job that was done putting in a new hot water heater, water filter system and a new sink and faucet. I subscribe to the monthly charge that includes the cost of my furnace, air conditioner and plumbing tube ups/inspections. Summers is well run and reasonable. I also appreciate the technician taking time to explain the service and findings, if any. Today, Jimmy serviced my furnace and he was knowledgeable, friendly, and thorough in the service provided.
