Robert was extremely professional, prompt and informative on our issue. He educated us on each step and how to properly maintain the unit in a manner that was very patient. He came out in pitch black at 9 pm with no complaints and was able to address and solve the issue in less than 45 minutes. Robert was so friendly and respectful as well, we loved joking around with him and hope he is our technician always. If there is an option to request a specific person, this serves as my endorsement. Terrific service with a cost effective monthly plan as well. We will never use anyone else again.

Jimmy did a great job! He was professional and courteous. Unfortunately we need a new air conditioner but he made sure we were a comfortable as possible while waiting for our new AC. We are very happy with the service and professionalism!

Rob was great! He walked me through what he was doing and why so that the repairs that he did made sense to me. He was courteous and easy to work with. He’s definitely an asset to the summers team!

All I got to say is fantastic Job! Jimmy was extremely knowledgeable, polite, honest, and helpful! When it was install day, Joe and his partner (sadfully I don't recall his name) did an awesome job! They kept us updated, kept their work area clean. I couldn't be more satisfied with how smooth everything went. Nice job summers, the three individuals that serviced our house are top notch!
