Bloomington-Normal#1 Plumber, Heating, HVAC & AC Expert

Another great experience with Tony from Summers as I had them cime back to check levels again to be sure of levels & he went over ever area again & discussed options for me! Was very helpful & informative My experience with Summers was awesome!!! Kyle was very thorough and answered every question I had & I had ALOT of questions about various issues/ areas.There was a lot of corrosion & debris and he did a wonderful job cleaning it out. I was concerned about possible natural gas and carbon dioxide leak & he made sure both were checked even calling a coworker nearby to bring co2 monitor. He was great!!! I had some very big problems at first where the repair was extended far out, my floor had water on it from a pipe that was supposedly fixed however immediately when the plumber left it was leaking again. I had originally wrote a 1 star review with all the details and picture proof of all the times the plumbers came out to my house. I was originally extremely displeased with the service. I’d like to rewrite my review as they did eventually make things right even if it took a bit longer than anticipated. I’d like to say I’ve been working in customer service for over 10 years and I run a successful business as well. I understand in customer service you need to have patience and things don’t always go right. So I gave a lot of patience. I know parts aren’t always available immediately as well so I took this all into consideration. So with that being said things were eventually made right and they did right by their customer even if it took a few weeks. I wish things didn’t have to go the way they did BUT we’re finished and there’s no more leaking which was the goal. The price was a bit higher than other quotes I received but with their reviews I decided to go with them. I believe if we continue to do work in the future it’ll be better and I’ll then be able to change this review to a 5 star. Thank you Manager Matt M in Bloomington for getting me taken care of. I hope next time is better for both of us. In the end things were made right so thanks again for that.

Kyle did an awesome job. My HVAC unit is so old, and Kyle spent all the time needed to ensure it was fully operational and made me aware of what I needed to keep it going. He thoroughly explained everything to me, and you can tell he is very passionate about what he does. I highly recommend them, and looking forward to continuing on the service agreement with them.

Russel was very prompt, professional, and friendly. He offered me options and a fix that was reasonable and accommodating for my financial situation. He went out of his way to drive back to another town to get another part and came back promptly again. Very kind and knowledgeable. This company has excellent customer service.
