Summers™ Plumbing Heating & Cooling Bloomington-Normal

Another great experience with Tony from Summers as I had them cime back to check levels again to be sure of levels & he went over ever area again & discussed options for me! Was very helpful & informative My experience with Summers was awesome!!! Kyle was very thorough and answered every question I had & I had ALOT of questions about various issues/ areas.There was a lot of corrosion & debris and he did a wonderful job cleaning it out. I was concerned about possible natural gas and carbon dioxide leak & he made sure both were checked even calling a coworker nearby to bring co2 monitor. He was great!!! Russel was very prompt, professional, and friendly. He offered me options and a fix that was reasonable and accommodating for my financial situation. He went out of his way to drive back to another town to get another part and came back promptly again. Very kind and knowledgeable. This company has excellent customer service.

Kyle was friendly, professional and did his best to explain the problems associated with my aging air conditioning system. He also outlined options clearly and took time to offer his professional opinion. I appreciate his approach and empathy.

I’ve seen Summer’s at many houses in my neighborhood including my next door neighbor’s house. I caught Zack outside their home and asked a question about the needs of my home. He was polite enough to take the time to answer the question and explained how they could do more. His kindness and professionalism combined with seeing them in my neighborhood made me choose them for my home. The day of service came and Zack was the technician. Still kind and professional. Done only what was asked and didn’t try to sell me up on anything I didn’t need done.

Zach was phenomenal. Fixed our downstairs clogged shower drain in an hour. Discussed the benefits of their safety and comfort agreement. Even discussed our other upstairs shower that’s going through a remodel and briefly went over their services they offer for that.
