I've had an emergency service last week because my system would not cool the house down enough to kick the thermostat off. James came out around 915pm, diagnosed the problem and added coolant so we could stay cool until. We could have the leak detected. A few days later, Dan showed up, found the leak and made the fix. Prompt work and very courteous and informative on both visits.

UPDATE: I had Taylor today (May 2025) for my annual A/C check — initially had him earlier this year for a dryer vent install. Once again, he did a fantastic job. He was very thorough, answered questions and did a great clean-up job. Thank you, Taylor! 😊 Taylor E. did an outstanding job! From my initial phone call with a very pleasant customer service rep, I had the tech at my house for a quote, then installation, within less than two hours! He was professional, explained everything thoroughly, asked about my satisfaction and made a special trip for one of the needed parts. This company is the best. I utilized them as a second opinion after another company was trying to charge me $3,700 for something that was not even accurate after I gave them $119 to come check my air conditioning. Dan the technician came in and diagnosed the problem and my air conditioning was back working again. I was happy to find out that they have memberships that I can signup for to ensure my services are running properly throughout the years. I feel so Blessed🙌🏽
