Quick same-day service. Brad Kirby was my technician and he obviously knew the problem from experience and had it fixed quickly. It was an easy fix that just required resetting a button underneath the disposal. $99 service call and I could not have resolved the problem myself. It was definitely worth it and I will be able to fix it myself in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Tanner during our furnace tune up today. He was very thorough with his inspections, walking me through what he was looking for and telling me why it was important. Our furnace is older, so he was able to provided us with reasonable expectations of our unit’s future. He was open and honest about the options we have moving forward with an eventual replacement, but did not ever pressure us into anything. Overall, Tanner was professional and very enjoyable to talk to. His passion/ knowledge for the industry and Summers was a great reminder why we continue to use their services.

I had the furnace installed five years ago and it has been working great, just figured it was time for a tune up. it was easy to schedule, they gave a time window and actually were able to come early. Cesar was very friendly, put on booties, cleaned the unit and explained things clearly. Highly recommend

Very pleased with Caleb's performance. Very knowledgeable and unclogged our drain rather quickly. Hopefully no more clogs but if so I will be asking for Caleb. Did a wonderful job!
