Plumbing, Heating & Cooling Tips For Noblesville!

We had a plumbing emergency, Sat. morning...since we just moved to Noblesville, we had no idea who to call. We randomly called Summers and the receptionist/dispatcher quickly and kindly took our information. Immediately, we were notified by Caleb asking for some details so he could be prepared. We were pleasantly surprised how quickly he arrived and got straight to work. What a knowledgeable and, sincerely, caring young man he was! He went above and beyond to try all options to resolve our problem. He took the time to clearly and sensitively explain our issues and what the next steps were. Glad we called Summers!

Excellent, timely and friendly service. I appreciate the time Cesar Took to explain to me exactly what I needed to do to have a very efficient Furnace/air conditioner. And Matt showed up the next day and diligently and meticulously cleaned my entire duct system And installed an air purifier. Very Professional!

Joe did awesome!!! I had a text from a roofer coming to look at our house the same day who was named Bob & I think I called him that the entire time so I’m so incredibly sorry, Joe!! Monday brain fog 🤦‍♀️ We were using another hvac company told us it would be 2 weeks to get someone to our house or we could call back after 5 to the emergency line…. so I’m grateful for Joe & Summer’s for coming out so quickly!!

Excellent service both in house with office staff and with our tech, Jason. They scheduled him out same day and he took great care of us and answered all our questions. He Worked after hours but never showed like he was in a rush to go home!! I was very pleased especially in a time that great customer service can be hard to find!

Cameron and his coworker did an awesome job. Dependable , fast and great customer service. I had a pipe that busted from being frozen and water went ever where.They had to replace the outside spigot. You can't go wrong with Summer heating and Cooling. Great company!! Thank you so much Cameron.
