*********************************************************************************************** Steve came by today and completely remedied the situation we had. He fixed the holes in the wall that were left by Mark, re-grouted and sealed everything up so we could finally take a shower in our home. He fixed the leaking supply line left by Mark, and replaced the old fill valve as well. He straightened the valves behind the shower, left by Mark, so they weren’t sticking out of the wall. He checked all of the previous work to be sure we weren’t having any problems before he left. Steve was knowledgeable, and even shared some of his knowledge with me before he left. He was pleasant to work with, and I would recommend his work. Thank you very much for fixing the problems that we had at our home. We appreciate great service, and this was great service. Excellent service and Zack was very knowledgeable about my "ol Betsy " unfortunately Betsy lit her final fire sometime last year may she rest in peace our technician Zack seemed to think she was pushing 100 years old. So Zack made an bad day not so bad and we bought a real Fancy replacement ..... Zack is a great Dude I've never seen anyone so excited by "ol Betsy " than Zack ... So I gave him the name tags off of it for his collection ... Thanks again Zack and the office Team for a great experience... Looking at the photos I can hear Taps playing in the background.......Update ol Betsy is gone and a new sexier Betsy is in ..a tremendous Thank you to robert for his professionaism and absolute attention to detail the plumbing work looks like art. This project was a huge undertaking and the Entire team at Summers sorry I don't know all the names involved in this project there were many you know how you are. Days away from Thanksgiving and kitchen sink won't drain,Sky was prompt and very friendly very respectful of our home, brought in his equipment within minutes water was flowing. The ladies that answered the phone set up a same day appointment and were very professional, thanks Sky and Summers great job!!

I advise staying away from Summers. Short story is, Summers couldn't fix my broken heat pump back-up any quicker than a week (would have had to order a part), and they advised replacing the whole unit for several thousand dollars whether or not I replaced the broken part. I had another company recommended by a friend come out the following day for a second opinion on the replacement. That company had the part in the back of their truck, fixed my heat the same day, and charged less for it than Summers was going to. The second company also told me that heat pump back-ups don't ever really need to be replaced, only rebuilt, which costs a fraction of what replacement runs. The upshot is, Summers has really nice people. But they charge more to fix things, and they want to replace things that don't need replacing, for large sums of money. I don't know if it's a lack of training that things can be fixed, or a business model to do the most expensive thing. Whichever it is, there are other better HVAC businesses in town. 2 stars because their people diagnosed the problem right, and they were as helpful as could be while they were here.

Chris Durbin was very good. He was professional and direct. He went over everything that was wrong with my old furnace. The quote for a replacement was immediate. Overall, great service. Edit: The installation went perfectly. Dylan did a great job with explaining everything. The installation and cleanup were even better than I would've expected. I will recommend Summers to everyone.
