Mark was very informative and knowledgeable with good spirits in our conversation with our estimate. His recommendations were very helpful. Seems like a good, caring man for the company helping customers. I usually don’t give five stars because nobody is perfect, there will always be more room for improvement. Robert and his crew was very nice and professional. They cleaned up very nicely afterwards. Very competitive cost. Mark and/or Robert is welcome here anytime!

Robert is efficient smart competent. He inspires confidence with this old house plumbing. His many years of experience testify to his abilities and his pleasant personality makes it a pleasure to work with him. His assistant in the job also very good and kind. We keep getting the best plumbers and hvac professionals from Summers. They have been our “go to” in this area.

Excellent service and Zack was very knowledgeable about my "ol Betsy " unfortunately Betsy lit her final fire sometime last year may she rest in peace our technician Zack seemed to think she was pushing 100 years old. So Zack made an bad day not so bad and we bought a real Fancy replacement ..... Zack is a great Dude I've never seen anyone so excited by "ol Betsy " than Zack ... So I gave him the name tags off of it for his collection ... Thanks again Zack and the office Team for a great experience... Looking at the photos I can hear Taps playing in the background.......Update ol Betsy is gone and a new sexier Betsy is in ..a tremendous Thank you to robert for his professionaism and absolute attention to detail the plumbing work looks like art. This project was a huge undertaking and the Entire team at Summers sorry I don't know all the names involved in this project there were many you know how you are. All involved fantastic work what a great bunch of guys thank you again

We have worked with Summers twice now and both experiences have been positive. We recently had to replace our water softener. Cooper came out to assess and had a new one installed for us within 24 hours. He was very kind, knowledgeable and timely. Highly recommend working with Summers and Cooper specifically!

Great service. We called on Sunday night about our AC and the technician was here within 1 hour. Zack was very knowledgeable and professional and ordered a part to be installed Monday morning. We signed up for a maintenance plan that lowered service call and parts costs with future routine maintenance visits. After trying several other HVAC companies over the years we would recommend Summers for HVAC and plumbing
