Dakota was the plumber who came to our house both times: 2/28/25 and 3/5/25. He was friendly, effective, and professional. He gave us several verbal quotes with his apparent knowledge of the requirements of the job. We were pleased with the results as well as being under budget. This was our first experience with this company, though we've had another for 15+ years, we are impressed. Though the job was not an emergency, the office person had him come to our house the same afternoon that we called. We will be using this company again.

I recently had a plumbing crisis that had me worried sick. My bathroom sink was barely delivering any water, and I was bracing myself for a hefty bill and a major headache. Thankfully, a skilled plumber came to the rescue! From the moment he arrived, I could tell he was very knowledgeable about his craft. He took the time to walk me through what he was doing, which instantly put me at ease. We headed upstairs to inspect the sink, and I could see he was meticulously examining every detail. He suggested we remove the cap to check for any buildup, and I was amazed when he opened it up. Sure enough, sediment from the city’s water restoration had clogged it up! He expertly cleaned it out, put everything back in place, and fixed the issue. If he hadn’t taken the time to patiently address those small details, I can only imagine the financial strain I would have faced. I’m incredibly grateful for his thorough and methodical approach to solving the problem. He truly saved me from what could have turned into a disaster. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of a reliable plumber!

I gotta give 5 stars to summers plumbing heating & cooling. All stars go to Frank Brown, who was great with servicing my heater and was very informative on what was wrong with it. Moreover,He also was thorough on what kind of service he was going to do to fix it. This company will be my go to for all my HVAC and plumbing needs. Thanks Frank! And thank you summers for having great employees with great customer service.

I called this plumber today late because my toilet stopped up this morning and I thought it was the septic. So first the septic people came out and I said the last time this happened there was a blockage under my sink and he did not find anything the septic man and said you’re gonna have Plumber. He did everything he could too. He was very helpful and so I called the plumber and they sent the Gabriel out and he was absolutely adorable poor kid and fixed it for me so now I have a toilet Thank goodness so I really appreciate it. He did a great job.
