Replaced boiler with state of the art energy efficient tankless boiler . Installed by Mr. R Rodriguez and crew. Excellent work ethics, very meticulous, and great communication interaction. We were interested in having a recirculation pump installed on our tankless water heaters. However, instead of charging us an astronomical amount to install, Bryan suggested we make a few adjustments in the settings and lo and behold, it worked! And we all thought honest and fair priced plumbing, heating, and AC was a thing of the past! Well, it was….until I called SUMMERS! They get my highest rating and I’m sure they’ll get yours also!!! We had more work done! A descaling of the tanks. This time the work was done by Brandon, another top serviceman! I guess Summers only hires the best!!!

We were having some issues with our furnace and Kenny Guzman came in for service. He did not only fixed our problem but explain things to us that we were not even aware of like replacing the thermostat batteries yearly (I had no clue!). Kenny also offered us a membership that helps us save so much in giving maintenance in the future to our unit and plumbing too! He did an exceptional job, was very professional and covered all our questions and concerns. I would definitely request Kenny for our future service needs! Also, customer service is great. When I called to schedule for service, it was a smooth and quick call with high professionalism. Summer Plumbing, Heating and Cooling is a very high quality company and reliable! Our furnace stopped working on Saturday. So we called Summers. They let us know that we will get a call shortly from the tech. And within a couple hours, Zach showed up at our door. He checked the thermostat first. Then cleaned the furnace. The furnace kicked on soon after. We were thankful that we did not need to replace it at this time. He was very friendly and thorough at explaining everything. We never felt pressured. But he did say IF, for some reason, it stops working again, to call back and he will come back out. We would definitely recommend calling on Zach for future service. He is trustworthy. Thank you for sending out a good guy. :)
