We were interested in having a recirculation pump installed on our tankless water heaters. However, instead of charging us an astronomical amount to install, Bryan suggested we make a few adjustments in the settings and lo and behold, it worked! And we all thought honest and fair priced plumbing, heating, and AC was a thing of the past! Well, it was….until I called SUMMERS! They get my highest rating and I’m sure they’ll get yours also!!! We had more work done! A descaling of the tanks. This time the work was done by Brandon, another top serviceman! I guess Summers only hires the best!!!

This is a great company. They truly care about their customers. I definitely love the fact that it's an employee own company. That's always a plus and he was a very, very great teacher taught me a lot of stuff about my furnace, and this company is really nice to work with you. Easy to make appointments they let you know when they're coming. It's really nice.

It's 7:30 on a Saturday night when my wife whispers those words to me that every man wants to hear: "there's no air coming from the vents upstairs." Me being the super smart and capable handyman I am, deduced that it's very clearly the blower motor and could be nothing else. But we decided to have somebody come out and just make sure... Long story short, it wasn't the blower. But Kenny was able to come out in 45 minutes from the time of our call and get the problem solved in no time, even on a cold Saturday night. He couldn't have been more pleasant to work with, and you know he's good because my mother in law is staying in the basement and she didn't even fuss about him at all! As I was waiting for Kenny to tell me what arm he needed to collect for an after hours service charge... I was very happily surprised when I found out that their prices were extremely reasonable. Which is great because I'm rather fond of my arms. Sorry if thos review is a little silly but I'm just in a great mood right now. Working with a good company who hire good people will do that to you, I guess.
