Mike and Austin were so personable , polite and thorough with explaining what they were going to do. My toilet was rocking and it was the waxed seal that needed to be replaced. Actually he said there was no seal left. I was nervous, because I just had a full hip replacement and I only have one bathroom. Mike got it done under 2 hrs. I was so happy. I called Summers at 7AM and I had a technician named Brandon at my house by 8:30AM the same day. My water softener is almost 20 years old and started to continuously run. My father was home to greet Brandon and show him where the softener was while I was at work. My Dad said that Brandon was very nice, polite and informative. We were interested in having a recirculation pump installed on our tankless water heaters. However, instead of charging us an astronomical amount to install, Bryan suggested we make a few adjustments in the settings and lo and behold, it worked!
