I called Summers at 7AM and I had a technician named Brandon at my house by 8:30AM the same day. My water softener is almost 20 years old and started to continuously run. My father was home to greet Brandon and show him where the softener was while I was at work. My Dad said that Brandon was very nice, polite and informative. Contacted Summers for plumbing emergency on a Sunday morning. Technician called me in less that 10 minutes. Arrived in about an hour. Repair completed within 1 1/2 hour. Mike and Austin were so personable , polite and thorough with explaining what they were going to do. My toilet was rocking and it was the waxed seal that needed to be replaced. Actually he said there was no seal left. I was nervous, because I just had a full hip replacement and I only have one bathroom. Mike got it done under 2 hrs. I was so happy. My husband didn't have to take off work to deal with this. We will refer your services to everyone. My husband was very pleased when he got home from work. Thank you again.
